Exciting News for 2025! 🎉 The new Conforming Loan Limits have been announced, and they’re going up!

The new limit will increase to $806,500, up from $766,550 in 2024. For high-cost areas like Summit and Wasatch counties, the limit will rise to $1,149,825, and in Wayne County, it will be $997,050. All other counties will see the new limit of $806,500. This is great news for buyers in these markets, as it means more borrowing power!

These changes reflect the continued rise in home prices, making homeownership more accessible by allowing larger loans to qualify for conforming rates.
