Chad, however, made every single step of the process crystal clear and painless. His prompt response time and thorough answers to any and all questions made the entire experience feel under control and smooth. I cannot recommend him enough to everyone I know if they are looking for a loan or refinance.
i would like to conclude with one complaint about this entire exerience. The entry interface for this survey is somehow the worst text entry user experience I may have ever encountered. The automatic double spacing and autocorrect features make any corrections and omissions quite a burden. Given the scope of what your company has provided I realize this is a very minor thing, but I hope you can find a solution to improve the use experienice . Getting people to fill out surveys in the 21st century is challenging enough.

We love helping buyers achieve their homeownership dreams, but when it’s friends I’ve known for over 20 years… friends I went to high school with… and friends whose wedding I bartended (you’re welcome again haha)… it just hits different!
