FYI regarding the fraud alert texts received by members relating to phone number changes on their debit cards— These texts were the result of a file update issue with our vendor and the problem has been resolved. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Thank you for your patience and continued membership.

We have been made aware of text messages from our fraud department going out to members regarding a phone number change associated with their SHPFCU debit and/or credit cards.
