Some people find their calling in a classroom. Others find it in a boardroom.
This one found it across a kitchen table, next to a stack of unopened mail nobody could make sense of.
Six and a half years in insurance led to a simple realization: information isn't the same as clarity. A woman surrounded by paperwork, interrupted mid-conversation by yet another stranger on the phone trying to sell her something, needed one thing nobody had given her — someone in her corner.
That's the job. Not paperwork. Not policies. A person who says "we've got this" and means it.
