When our founders originally sat down in 2017, there was a very CLEAR and DISTINCT vision of what was to be CREATED!

With their combined business experience of over 40 years, their was ONE THING they knew to be TRUE ; “If you want to BUILD A BUSINESS, you must FIRST build PEOPLE!”

Our primary focus at TDT has been very simple ;

So much of “SUCCESS” is typically measured in “production, AP, LTVs, percentages, P and L, and on and on…” yet, what we are MOST proud of are the lives we have had the opportunity to impact in a positive way!

We pray that every single person that has ever come into contact with TDT as an agent or client has experienced the spirit of LOVE.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve!

During that meeting, Mike stated that 2021 would be, BY FAR, his GREATEST year EVER!

He shared some of the inspiration behind what would fuel the realization he was looking to pursue!

We have heard, “If your WHY doesn’t make you CRY, then the PRICE of COMMITMENT will always be too high!”

Well, Mikes COMMITMENT and DISCIPLINE has come DIRECTLY from his VISION to retire his parents and provide a lifestyle to them, they truly deserve!
