📉 A little movement in the right direction.

We’ve seen some market volatility and changes in interest rates over the past two weeks, with a slight decrease bringing government and jumbo loans into the low 6s and conforming loans into the mid 6s.

This morning’s weaker-than-expected BLS jobs report gave the bond market a boost, which is helping rates today.

Now, all eyes turn to next week’s inflation data — CPI and PPI — to see what it tells us about where the market and rates could be headed next.
