Back to the routine! Monday mornings can sometimes feel a little sluggish mentally and physically after a busy weekend, but remember — a new week means new opportunities, new goals, and new wins ahead. Stay focused, stay positive, and keep pushing forward.

And on a personal note… my beloved West Virginia Mountaineers are headed to Omaha, Nebraska for the College World Series! ⚾💛💙 Exciting times and a reminder that hard work and perseverance pay off.
