When choosing a lender, ask when they’re actually available.

Homes don’t only hit the market Monday–Friday, 9–5. When you find the right house, being able to reach your lender can make a big difference when it’s time to make an offer.

I’m available nights and weekends because that’s often when buyers need their lender most.
