I have heard too many customers tell me they wanted to wait for mortgage rates to come down. Below is a graph showing the last 24 average mortgage rates. For those who waited, they missed out on building equity in their home. I will not deny that economic data trends show rates coming down, but when is the mystery. There will be a time to refinance in the future. Greatest saying in mortgages: "love the house and date the rate"
