This past Sunday I ran the Oktoberfest 10K! We ran through campus and got to finish inside Kyle Field...what a way to wrap up 6.2 miles!!

As a financial advisor, I'm always talking about investments. One of the best investments I can make is in my health.

But balance matters too.

So after the race, I responsibly invested in a couple of Oktoberfest beers to diversify my portfolio! 🍻😂

Here's to healthy habits, good friends, and a well-balanced asset allocation! Cheers! 🍺🏃‍♂️🍂

Recently, the financial advisor took a back seat, and the elementary school volunteer clocked in.

My first experience as a Watch D.O.G. (Dad Of Great Students) at Finn and Hattie's school consisted of: ✅ Merry-go-round engineer ✅ Assistant coach in PE ✅ Pumpkin art consultant

Oddly enough, nobody asked me about stocks, bonds, retirement plans, or mutual funds all day!

What I did see was firsthand how much our teachers invest in these kids every day. Their patience, energy, and dedication are incredible!! It's always valuable to spend a little time seeing what it's like in someone else's shoes!

Thank you to all the educators helping shape the next generation!

🎉🐂 Four years ago, a bull was born. 🐂🎉

On October 12, 2022, amidst inflation concerns, rising interest rates, and plenty of uncertainty, the current bull market began its journey.

Fast forward four years later, and Mr. Bull is still standing strong, reminding investors that patience and perseverance often outlast fear and headlines.

So today, let's wish him a very happy birthday!

This weekend, the Landman family stopped by the new Haraz Coffee House, and wow, what a fun experience!

I tried the Turkish coffee, served in stunning copper cups, while we sampled a variety of their desserts and breakfast items. The flavors were incredible, and the atmosphere was super fun!

The new Chairman, Kevin Warsh, and the committee voted to raise interest rates by 0.25%. As a market watcher, I couldn't help but tune in and listen to Kevin's comments following the decision!

His message was clear: price stability remains the priority, and he's committed to keeping inflation in check. Whether you're an investor, saver, or borrower, Fed decisions like these have a way of touching all of our financial lives!

BACK TO SCHOOL!! 🎒✏️📚

The day has finally arrived! The backpacks are packed, the alarms are set, and the kids are back where they belong... learning! 😆

Finn, Hattie, Ellie, and Milo are kicking off a brand-new school year and looking pretty excited about it (at least for the photo 😉).

And can we talk about that sign?! Whitney handcrafted it for their school! She's a very crafty lady!! ❤️
