Matt brings more than 17 years of contact center and customer service experience to the role. Since joining First Financial in 2020 as a Senior Systems Architect, he has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities within the Contact Center, ultimately advancing to Senior Vice President.

His deep operational knowledge, leadership experience and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience make him exceptionally well positioned to lead this important department into the future.
