Yesterday, our branch team had the opportunity to step outside the office and volunteer at Rock 4 ALZ at Bad Habit Brewing in St. Joseph.

This event is especially meaningful to our team. My grandfather battled dementia, and Jodi, our Branch Office Administrator, spent many years as the Activities Director at Assumption Home in Cold Spring.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back, support a great cause, and be part of our community beyond the office.

Today we celebrate Jodi Lubbersas she marks her 2-year anniversary with our branch!

While her official title is Branch Office Administrator, anyone who knows our office knows she's so much more than that. Jodi is the head of client engagement, the keeper of my calendar, and honestly, if you need me somewhere, don't tell me, tell Jodi. She'll make sure it happens.

What I appreciate most is the way she cares for the families we serve. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our clients feel valued, supported, and taken care of.

Jodi, thank you for everything you do. Thank you for continuing to take on more responsibilities so that we can serve every family that walks through our doors to the highest level possible.
