We’re hiring a Collections Specialist (Spanish Bilingual) at PCI in St. Cloud, MN!

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy helping people find solutions?

Join our team and help customers work through payment concerns with care and respect.

In-office role: Candidates must live in Central Minnesota and have a reasonable commute to St. Cloud.

Starting pay: $22 - $25.50 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for Spanish fluency.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., plus every other Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with a flex day when working Saturday.

We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, sales, or a related field.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A professional, caring approach and confidence handling a high volume of calls.

Collections or call center experience is a plus!
