From abandoned to almost unrecognizable! 🏚️➡️🏡

The last week or two has been all about paint, windows, stump removal, and a full exterior transformation. (RIP rainbow window😪)

We’re officially in crunch time trying to bring this flip across the finish line. We have a feeling this before & after is going to be so killer.💯

Inherited a property and have no idea what to do with it? You’re not alone.

Nobody prepares you for this. You’re grieving, and suddenly you’re also responsible for a house.

In Vermont, most inherited properties go through probate before they can be sold.

This is the phase where the house looks… debatably better?😅

No cabinets, torn up yard, half-finished everything…

Like, technically a lot has been done, but if you walked through right now, you’d probably be like “hmm okay.”

Meanwhile we’re over here clearing the jungle that was this yard, fixing the rot, installing fresh hardwood and tile, and setting everything up so the next phase can happen seamlessly.

All the hidden work is almost done, which means we’re about to start paint and finishes...AKA the part where it finally starts looking like something you’d want to live in.

Give it another week or two here, and you’ll begin to see the potential we’ve been envisioning all along!
