*We're Hiring – Insurance Sales Producer
Krotzer Insurance is growing, and we're looking for our next **Sales Producer** to join our team!

What You'll Do
* Build relationships with new and existing clients
* Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
* Utilize social media to grow your personal brand and attract new clients
* Educate customers on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance solutions
* Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
* Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Strong social media presence and confidence using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn to build relationships and generate leads
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person)
* Property & Casualty License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
* Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally and financially
