🎓 Student Spotlight: Work-Based Learning Clarifies College Path 🎓
Please join us in congratulating Adrianna Salansky, a 2024/2025 NTIEC Work-Based Learning Recipient and Lackawanna Trail High School senior! 💼🌟
Adrianna has been interning at Maddock Insurance Agency in Clarks Summit, where she assists with office organization, filing, and supporting the agency's professionals. Through this real-world experience, Adrianna gained confidence in communication and problem-solving — skills she says helped her not only at work, but also in her role as a class officer.
When she first joined NTIEC’s program, Adrianna was uncertain about her next step. Now, she’s proud to announce her decision to attend West Chester University this fall! While she’s currently undecided on a major, she’s keeping her career options open and looking forward to exploring college-level internships.
NTIEC awarded Adrianna a scholarship to support her college or career-related expenses. Her success has been supported by amazing mentors, especially Becky Bell, who provided guidance and encouragement throughout her internship.
We know Adrianna is headed toward a bright future, and we wish her the very best as she starts this exciting next chapter! 💜
