This week I had the opportunity to be in Dallas for the annual symposium, built around the theme Focused, Fueled, and Fearless.

It was an incredible few days of growth and connection hearing from speakers like Molly Bloom and Emmitt Smith, exploring new technologies that will help me better serve my clients, and networking with some of the top vendors in our industry.

One of my favorite highlights? The cowboy carnival, a night full of fun with colleagues across the country, all while raising money for APM Cares.

I’m heading home inspired, energized, and ready to finish 2025 strong!
