Jeff explained the different loan options, rate buydowns and discount rates available. It was nice to be given options and to let us decide what direction we wanted to go in. Cecelia took extra time to collect and gather our information to make sure it was accurate and ready for the underwriters. Marcia was prompt at making updates and letting us know when documents needed signing. They were all pleasant to work with. Very responsive and a quick turnaround with processing our loan. We were very excited when we were told that our loan was closing early. Thank you Jeff, Cecelia and Marcia.
