Ann went above and beyond to help me get the best rate possible for my personal situation, and she was communicative and knowledgeable from start to finish. She was extremely helpful at explaining all closing costs, didn't assume I already knew everything, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I knew what to expect at every step. She was also responsive at the major touchpoints, and at each milestone she'd check in to let me know that things were moving forward. Ann was invaluable and truly looked out my best interests in a way that resulted in the best possible outcome. I can't thank her enough!
