UnitedHealthcare and Norman Regional have reached a deal.

The agreement means patients covered by several UnitedHealthcare plans will continue to have in-network access to Norman Regional hospitals and providers without interruption.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

If you were in the meeting at the Grady County Fairgrounds yesterday as a Retiree of Grady County and you understood that BCBS of Oklahoma was leaving the State of Oklahoma, that is incorrect.

What they should have been more specific in saying was "The State of Oklahoma is no longer offering its employees and retirees covered under them any BCBS products.

I HAVE VERIFIED WITH BCBS THAT THEY ARE NOT LEAVING THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA!

Our office truly believes that everything happens for a reason.

The office will be closed at least for the next week. While traveling from our cycling event in Wichita Falls, Texas my trucks transmission decided to give us problems and left us stranded in Whitesboro, Texas.

Thank goodness we found an rv park to crawl to and my brother lives close by.

My truck is currently at Holiday Chevrolet and will be here for at least a week.
