Keegan grew up in Alex, and while she is newer to the insurance industry, she has already proven that she is smart, ambitious, and a quick learner! She passed her licensing exam within her first few weeks with us—a huge accomplishment!

Keegan provides dependable, friendly service to our existing clients while helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and organized. She has a genuine passion for helping people, spreading kindness, and building meaningful relationships with our clients.

We are adding more members to our team at Cassmeyer Insurance Agency! We are looking for a hybrid Licensed Producer/Customer Service Representative. This position includes a generous base pay ($15-$22/hour) plus commissions plus bonuses!

Applicants must have : strong communication skills, high ethical integrity, empathy for clients, be self motivated, able to think critically, able to produce innovative solutions, and have a positive attitude. Bilingual is preferred!

We are a small business that cares about our employees, and we want to see them succeed personally and professionally. The foundation of our business is caring for our clients and providing excellent customer service, so we will be very selective in the hiring process. We are looking for an applicant that is already licensed, but we will consider applicants who have a sales/customer service background, or highly motivated applicants! I have read so many different stories today that I had never heard before. There were so many individuals that showed extraordinary bravery and they will always be remembered as heroes. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, survivors and everyone affected by this day. We will NEVER FORGET!

🌟MEET OUR TEAM! We have had lots of changes in 2026, we moved to a larger space and now we are expanding our team. We’ve built a team with the #1 priority being the best customer service team in town.

Nick is a Senior Producer specializing in business insurance but is able to do it all! Nick is dependable, reliable, and always finds the best deal for his clients!

Keegan is a Junior Producer/Customer Service Representative in training. She just joined our team in May, AND has already taken the classes and passed her licensing exam!!! She is a sweetheart, and is ready to help serve our clients.

Mike is a Customer Service Representative in training. He is a veteran, so service comes natural to him! He is empathic, compassionate and eager to learn how to best help our clients.

Amie is a Senior Producer specializing in home and auto bundles - she goes above and beyond for all her clients! Amie has a bubbly personality, and is able to connect with clients so easily. She keeps the whole office smiling and laughing!

Sam is our agency owner. He is the brains behind it all. He created the foundation of our agency on his integrity and doing what is best for the clients. He sets the bar high for his team, but never leaves them alone in achieving their goals. Everyone who knows him, loves him!

Elaena is our office manager. She runs everything on the admin side and also assists in sales. She fills the gaps and keeps everything running smoothly. There isn’t a problem that she can’t fix!

We are excited about our agency’s future and ready to serve our clients better than ever!!
