Today, we had the great honor of hearing Gage Shawkey share his story of loss, help, hope, and healing. Accompanied by his mom, Aimee and F.L.E.O. We kicked off the 2026 ProFeds Member Conference just a few hours ago, and wow, what an incredible night! America's 250th birthday celebration is central to this year's event, and our members showed up in patriotic style!

Special thanks go out to Mike Debus- Live Performance Painting for setting the perfect tone to start off our time together. He had everyone's attention with the first brushstrokes and paint splashes.

We're excited to announce Scott H. Stalker as the keynote speaker for this year's ProFeds Member Conference! 🎙️

Scott is a retired Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant with 31 years of military service at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, including seven combat deployments. He retired in January 2024 and is now Founder and CEO of S2-Stalker Solutions LLC, providing national security consulting.

Author of Left of Leadership, Scott draws on his military career and his own successful transition to a second act to challenge audiences to think differently about leadership, self-discipline, personal development, and building stronger organizations.

Get ready for a keynote that will challenge the way you think about leadership, growth, and what it takes to reach the next level. Drawing on more than three decades of high-stakes leadership experience, MGySgt. Scott Stalker, U.S. Marine Corps (Ret.) will bring a powerful perspective on what it means to rethink, refine, and refocus, both personally and professionally.

Ask any American who was alive or old enough to remember September 11, 2001, and they can probably tell you exactly where they were when they heard the news of the terrorist attacks on our country. They will remember the initial confusion that turned into an ugly realization of what the day's events meant for our nation. Twenty-five years ago, we experienced a tragedy that forever changed America.

Today, our team paused to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever affected, and the extraordinary courage of the first responders, service members, federal employees, and everyday Americans who answered the call.

We also remembered the compassion and unity that brought our country together in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, our promise remains: We will honor their lives, remember their sacrifice, and never forget. 🇺🇸
