Refreshed and ready to be rented. This one has a story to tell. This client got off to a rough start with an online lender and called pleading for help to get the loan back on track. 19 days later, a bank statement, non-warrantable condo is closed. Big thanks to my team who jumped in the get this one moving and pushed until the end. The investor didn’t allow for a rush at any milestone, true team work that made this dream come true. Congrats to my buyer on purchasing her second Sea Cabin condo.
