Quick website update.

We’re currently updating our website and moving from Delarosa-Financial.com to DelarosaFinancial.com.

The goal is to make the site cleaner, easier to use, and more helpful for our clients, referral partners, and business partners.

We’re adding better access to resources, tools, updates, and helpful information all in 1 place.

The website should be back up before the end of the month.

One of my more meaningful recent closings I have had in California. This family found a home with a builder and the builder agent pushed them hard to use the builder’s mortgage lender.
The builder’s lender failed to get them approved. I stepped back in to help this family and handled everything with surgical precision.
I got them fully underwritten with certainty before we even had an offer accepted. So happy I was able to be there for them and help them get to the finish line.

Our newest team member just passed with a 91%
This exam isn’t easy and it was made harder over the years and can be tougher than the real estate exam. Packed with federal regulations, financial guidelines, calculations, and compliance challenges.

We had a few study sessions together, and locked in on my team member’s own time too. Confidence is important, but what really stands out is character and integrity. That’s why I invest in good, hardworking people. Talent gets you noticed, but integrity is what takes you further.
