I don’t post enough of our closings, and I want to change that.
Every closing has a story behind it. Every closing represents a family, a goal, and a moment worth celebrating. 🏡
This one was especially meaningful.
My client is an extremely busy professional working for one of the largest artificial intelligence companies in the world. She works 7 days a week, so my job was to make the mortgage process as simple and seamless as possible.
She also had other options.
Her wealth management team connected her with Chase and their white glove lending team. I told her to absolutely explore it. This was a $2.7 million purchase, and she had every right to understand every option available to her.
Ultimately, she chose to stay with us.
What meant the most was hearing why.
We were responsive. We simplified her options. We helped her make decisions without overwhelming her. We stayed focused on solutions. I even helped her shop homeowners insurance so she could compare options and make a confident decision.
She told me we delivered on the level of service we promised.
That means a lot to me.
I work with many busy professionals throughout Silicon Valley and the tech industry, including families working at companies like NVIDIA. When your career already demands your attention 7 days a week, you do not need your mortgage becoming another full time job.
My job is to simplify the process, guide you through decisions, communicate clearly, and make everything as smooth as possible.
I’m thankful to work with clients who value more than just a transaction. They value communication, guidance, responsiveness, and having someone in their corner.
When a client trusts me to do my job and values the level of work I put into their experience, I can really put my heart into it.
I’m also thankful for the real estate professionals involved in this transaction who trusted our financing and gave us the opportunity to deliver.
I never take that trust lightly.
