Behind the Brand | Admin Team
When people think of SRI, they often focus on the agents and account managers who work directly with clients. However, behind every successful client experience is a dedicated team of professionals collaborating to support our agency's growth, innovation, and daily operations.
Our Admin Team consists of Operations, Products, Finance, IT, Marketing & Communications, Administration, and Leadership. Together, they drive our strategy, support team members, improve processes, enhance technology, communicate our brand, welcome clients, and ensure the continued success of our agency. At the heart of their efforts is a commitment to serving our team from within. They prioritize taking care of our team members, enabling everyone to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Although each member's role may differ, they all share a common goal: to protect people's livelihoods and build a place our kids want to work.
This month, as part of our Behind the Brand series, we are proud to recognize the Admin Team and celebrate the many ways they contribute to making SRI what it is today.
