Marketing Analytics & Digital Advertising Specialist 📊

We're looking for a data-driven marketer who thrives on analytics, campaign performance, and digital advertising. This role focuses on tracking results, improving ROI, and using data to drive smarter marketing decisions.

Preferably in office at our Carthage, MO location.

What You'll Do:
•Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
•Coordinate and analyze geofencing marketing efforts
•Track leads and campaign performance
•Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs
•Monitor website traffic, conversions, and ROI
•Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives
•Turn data into actionable business insights

What We're Looking For:
•Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Geofencing
•Strong analytical and reporting skills
•Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing platforms
•Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
•Passion for continuous improvement and performance marketing

State of the Agency - a little bit of Day 3
That's a wrap on State of the Agency 2026! 👏

Our final day included updated agency photos, team presentations, and an inspiring message from our final keynote speaker, Alden Mills.

We also put our insurance knowledge to the test during our Insurance Quiz Bowl finale, which showcased how competitive we all are.

Most importantly, we enjoyed spending time together. These three days gave us the opportunity to learn, connect, reflect on how far we've come, and get excited about where we're headed next.

Thank you to everyone who made this year's State of the Agency such a success. Our greatest strength will always be our people.

Day 2 of State of the Agency was all about people, perspective, and purpose.

Today, our team spent time learning more about the benefits available to our employees and hearing from several departments across SRI as they shared updates, insights, and the important work happening behind the scenes every day.

One of the most impactful moments of the day was hearing from some of our SRI veterans. Team members who have been part of this organization through the highs, the challenges, and everything in between shared stories about the "good, bad, and ugly" that helped shape SRI into what it is today. Their experiences offered a powerful reminder that growth doesn't happen overnight. It takes dedication, resilience, and a commitment to constantly moving forward.

Listening to the stories of where we've been gives us an even greater appreciation for where we are today and excitement for where we're headed next.
