Hello everyone!!!

As you may have read in our bio, FCNB Insurance has been serving customer's for 18 years! FCNB is a family owned, independent agency with local agents that know and love the communities we serve.

The agent for FCNB in the Carthage area is Fernando Carbajal, who specializes in Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Farm Insurance. Fernando has been in the insurance business for 3 years. He is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, but moved to the United States when he was 14 years old. With his background, he has the great ability to speak both Spanish and English. This allows him to be able to help reach out to most of the community here in Carthage. He is licensed in Missouri, Arkansas, & Kansas.

FCNB Carthage's Customer Service Representative is Lacey Self. Lacey has only been in the insurance business for 7 months, but is loving every bit of it. She enjoys interacting with the clients on the phone or face to face when they come in the office. Lacey is currently working on getting her Insurance Property & Casualty License.
