🎃 Some Tricks Aren't Treats! 👻

Ghosts, goblins, and things that go bump in the night might be scary... but scammers are even scarier! 💀

Always watch out for these frightening fraud red flags:

If something feels suspicious, don't click, don't reply, and don't share your information. Contact us, or your financial institution, directly using a phone number you know is legitimate.

Don't let scammers put a spell on your savings! 🧙‍♀️

Good morning!

Century Link is experiencing an outage this morning which is effecting our system and our ability to help our members this morning in Butte!

We do have back up coming, and will hopefully be up and running soon, but please be patient with us as we work hard to solve this issue!

Thank you!

Good Morning,
Unfortunately, our phones are still down today. We know this has been extremely inconvenient for you, and we just ask for your patience while we get this worked out.

Again, if you want to email us at [email protected] or call into the Libby branch at 406-293-6421, that is the best way to contact us right now.

We will keep you posted if anything changes!

Good Morning! We are having issues with our phones at the Butte branch this morning. We have someone coming out to look at it shortly. We are able to call out and have the line work, so if you call this morning, we will do our best to hangup and call you right back.

You can also feel free to call the Libby branch for any questions regarding account balances, transfers, or debit card issues. Their phone number is 406-293-6421.

You can also send us an email with any questions or requests at [email protected]

Thank you for your patience! Happy Monday

Hello members! We recently got a phone call from one of our Butte members informing us of a spam call they received. The caller acted as though they were calling from the Mountain West fraud department and tried getting the member to give them their card information. Please do not give your debit card information out to ANYONE, these are not legitimate calls.

If our real fraud department does call you, they will already have your card information, you will never be asked to provide it. If you have even the slightest concern about a phone call you are getting, please hang up and call one of the branch's directly, we will be able to look into the matter for you.

Thank you! Stay safe
