The Stahlka Agency has been serving the Western New York community with insurance services since being founded in 1957. The agency started to establish the strong reputation of the Stahlka name that it continues to enjoy today. The Stahlka Agency is a professional organization dedicated to providing the best Insurance products available at the most reasonable cost. In 1995, the Stahlka Agency joined two other reputable Insurance firms, the Emerling Agency and the McMahon Agency to form the EMS Group. The EMS Group has distinguished itself as a youthful dynamic group, which has a reputation of a leading Agency in the Insurance Business. With offices in both the Northtowns & the Southtowns the Stahlka Agency continues to grow in response to the ever changing needs of our customers.

Please join us in welcoming Tanya and Sondra to Stahlka!

Tanya is joining our team as a P&C Billing Coordinator, a new role dedicated to making the billing experience easier for our customers. She will assist with billing questions, payments, EFT enrollment, and navigating carrier billing apps and online portals, while also helping connect customers with carrier billing departments when additional support is needed. Tanya will play an important role in supporting our Personal Lines and Commercial Lines customers, and we’re excited to have her on board!

Sondra Vidal is joining us as an Employee Benefits Risk Advisor, bringing 20 years of B2B sales experience and an outstanding network of business relationships. With a strong focus on listening to employers and understanding their needs, Sondra will help build meaningful partnerships and serve as a trusted resource for businesses navigating their employee benefits needs.

We’re thrilled to welcome Tanya and Sondra to the Stahlka team and look forward to the impact they will make. Welcome aboard!

Drop the Technology Day! Our team recently took 30 minutes to step away from screens, notifications, and the demands of the workday.

Each person used the time differently whether it was reading, taking a walk, spending time with family, completing a workout, or simply enjoying a favorite treat. While the activities varied, the goal was the same: creating time to disconnect, reset, and recharge.

This recognition celebrates agencies that make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve. As part of the award, ERIE Insurance provided a $5,000 donation for us to give to an organization making an impact locally.
