Applying for a fully underwritten pre-approval means your income, assets, and credit are already reviewed, and if approved, you can move faster and with more confidence when it counts. When you’re buying a home, there are a lot of line items that show up at closing, and recording fees are one of them that people often pause on.

These are fees paid to your state and local agencies so your home purchase can be officially recorded. That means your deed, mortgage, liens, discharges, bills of sale, etc. are all entered into public record, making everything legally official and properly documented.
