Ok. We're here....again. If you or any of your clients have a rate over 6.50% it's probably a good idea to see if there's an opportunity to save some money where we are. We've been here a number of times in the last 3 years only to have rates tick back up. At the moment we don't see too many catalysts to go much lower from here. Purchase power for buyers is the best it's been in a while and there's thousands to be saved a year in payments. Let's talk.

We've had some options in the 5's for a while here, but now we have more scenarios that have reached the 5's. Not sure what everyone else was waiting for, LOL. Decent inflation info today. With the decent jobs report on Friday the odds of the Fed cutting is now limited to the end of 2026, so I don't expect much help from them unless the Jobs and inflation data in the next few months moves the needle. So as we speak it's the best time in 2-3 years to either buy a home or refinance your current mortgage. Let's talk. 617-922-6266
