September marked the 25 year anniversary of NARs 30 Under 30 award program in Chicago. I had an amazing time seeing old friends and making new ones from all over the country. Summer 2025 was a blast. Lots of sun, smiles, laughter, homes sold, seafood eaten, photos taken, exploring Italy, family time, and music. We called it the Summer of the Mermaid 🧜🏼‍♀️ and we drank every drop. What a gift! Nikki and Louie were by my side for it all making memories. Cheers to you all and the rest of this year.

The student becomes the teacher! Incredibly rewarding helping my HS math teacher & track coach with an investment purchase. THANK YOU for putting your trust in me. Felt great repaying the wisdom Coach Monz bestowed on me and for his patience w/ me and my antics in class. This was one client to remember but fortunately the sale went smoothly so not a transaction I'll recall- just how we like it.
