Moments like this never get old—seeing smiles light up the room, sharing stories, and watching the joy a simple visit (and a good dog 🐶) can bring. It’s a reminder that connection matters, presence matters, and the little things go a long way.

Tonight I had the honor of awarding the Sam Sand Wrestling Scholarship to Sam Hoy as he heads off to college.

Wrestling builds discipline, resilience, and character that lasts a lifetime. Proud of all the wrestlers who applied and grateful to be part of a community that supports the next generation.

Grateful for days like today. 🙌

We had the chance to attend a Team Member Hall of Fame, and it was a great reminder of what’s possible when people commit to learning, growing, and doing things the right way. Taking intentional time with the team to reflect, learn from others, and level up together is something I never want to rush past.

And because growth doesn’t always have to be serious… we capped it off with some well-earned fun at Launch Pad, hitting golf balls, laughing, and just enjoying being together outside the office. ⛳️

Proud of this team. Work hard, learn constantly, and don’t forget to have fun along the way. 💪🔥

Took a short break from work last week so Goldie could clock in for her shift 🐶💼
Since it was freezing outside, we spent some time at the care suites — she got her movement in, and the residents got something to look forward to.

So many smiles, stories, tail wags, and extra pats.
Grateful for moments like this especially when it’s below zero 🥶

Goldie will definitely be back. 🐾❤️
