Enjoying Fall Festivites at the Pumpkin Patch!🎃

Sometimes, the best team-building happens outside the office!

Our team enjoyed a fun fall day filled with a hayride, fresh apple c***r, warm donuts, and picking out pumpkins. Okay, so our “pumpkin patch” was really more of a pumpkin-on-the-grass situation… but we’re calling it a patch anyway! 😂

Jokes aside, it was a great day to step away from the day-to-day, spend time together, share some laughs, and make memories outside of work.

We’re lucky to have a team full of people who support each other, show up for one another, and go the extra mile every day. What we do matters, but the people we get to do it with make it even more special.

Here’s to good people, great memories, and a team that makes even the simplest days a little more fun! 🍁

🌴 Top Producers Trip 2026! ☀️

For 20+ years, Rick Ruby has made this trip a tradition, giving us the opportunity to get away for a few days and reminding us with three simple words: “I appreciate you!”

This year, we headed to Aruba! Beautiful beaches, great food, an amazing stay at The St. Regis Aruba Resort, and a little time to relax and recharge.

But what makes these trips so special isn’t just where we go. It’s getting to share them with people who have been part of the journey year after year. There’s something pretty special about working side by side for so long and getting to make these memories together!

A starfish may have been the higlight of the trip, but the true STARS are our referral partners, clients, and amazing teams who make this possible. We couldn’t do it without your trust and support, and a huge shout-out to our teams who held down the fort while we were away! We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

And thank you, Rick, for continuing this tradition and making sure we know our hard work is appreciated!
