My cup runneth over...🫗 Yesterday, I presented some information to a group of realtors at Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Alliance Group. We had a nice time and I moved on to the rest of the day.

A couple hours later, I received an incredible surprise! Jim Guttormson took the time to share his appreciation in an e-card. Now, Jim and I go back to the days when the only cards you could send were in the mail!!✉️😂 Jim, it was such a pleasure seeing you again and it's incredible that a like you finds ways to keep the appreciation going in the days of wifi and tech! 📶🌐

Q: How much home can I afford?
A: My answer is always this: let's get you pre-approved. That way, you know exactly what your budget will be with no guesswork.

Q: What credit score do I need?
A: Probably not as high as you think. FHA loans allow for greater flexibility in credit scores than many buyers realize.

Q: How much do I need for a down payment?
A: Again, probably not as much as you think! We have several low down payment options and down payment assistance programs.
