Personal Risk Specialist Melanie Srofe joined USI in January 2023. She has nearly 7 years of experience in the personal insurance industry. Her area of focus is the delivery of customized solutions for high-net-worth families and individuals to protect their wealth and physical assets. Melanie’s works with her clients to understand their unique insurance needs in order to build and deliver a tailo

It’s also very important to her that her clients’ insurance programs keep pace with the changes in their lives and risk profiles over time. Prior to joining USI, Melanie worked in the banking industry for 8 years. She then began working for an Independent Insurance brokage firm. She has spent her career serving a wide variety of clients with their insurance needs, financial needs, and related services. She has always aimed to provide the best solutions for each and every client. Melanie received her P&C License from Troy University. Melanie is based in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband, daughter and Son.
