Huge shoutout to Schoepf's BBQ for catering a fantastic retirement lunch for Janey Nelson! They managed a massive batch of chicken fried steaks perfectly, and everything was delicious. 👏🎉 Congratulations, Janey!

Today, I made Chicken Fried Steaks for . This was the first time we have been asked to make Chicken Fried Steak for a catering. I make meals like this at home, but I haven't prepared this type of food at the restaurant especially in large quantities.I did a test cook last week with a couple steaks and it turned out fantastic. The steaks today turned out just as good as the ones I made last week. I was very pleased and the feedback from the group was extremely positive. So thank you Monteith for asking me to prepare something different that isn't normally served at our restaurant. I appreciate the challenge.

What started in Belton as a single office with two employees has grown into seven locations serving Central Texas across multiple counties. While much has changed since 1876, our commitment to personal service and integrity has not.

This year is extra special as we celebrate 75 years of Turner family ownership. We are proud to be a third-generation family-owned business, anchored by a team of over 75 professionals who live and work in the communities we serve.
