WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
I'm looking for anyone who is highly motivated and looking to start a new career to join my team. 2020 destroyed my previous 13-year career and put all my personal goals and dreams on hold indefinitely. I sat around all year waiting for my old job to come back and it didn’t. 10 months I sat waiting, depressed, broke, watching my goals and dreams dissolve into the past until I’d had enough. I couldn’t go out and get just any new job. I didn’t want to punch a time clock for a paycheck. I needed more than that. I wanted to start something, my own business, be my own boss, somehow. But I have no college degree, no impressive resume, no way to prove to anyone other than myself that I have what it takes to walk up to the plate, swing for the fences and win. WHAT WE DO
Life Insurance Agents focus on selling life insurance to homeowners across the country. This is not your typical desk job. You’ll be calling people who have responded to mortgage protection cards in the mail and getting to know them, their family situations, and finding the right insurance coverage for them. You’ll be protecting families from financial ruin and the compound grief of losing everything after the loss of a loved one. You’re not a salesman, you’re an Agent. You’ll be doing applications with clients over zoom. The average commission is $700 per application. Full time agents write 4-10 applications per week. You’ll be on my team but you will be your own boss. The harder you work, the more appointments you’ll make. Part-time agents make $30k-$60k/year. Full-time agents make $80k-$160k/year. Anyone can do this but only those who crave success and aren’t afraid to try and try again will succeed.

Sales experience helpful but not required

This is a COMMISSION ONLY position allowing you to make as much or little as you like. There is no base salary.
