We service residential and commercial properties. We are also subcontracted for Property Preservation Companys and Insurance Companys for our cleaning services. FIRST TIME CLEANING, We will spend twice as long as a regular cleaning and perform tasks as needed to get your home sparkling clean. We usually charge the regular house cleaning price plus half that amount. Our regular clients can also req
uest a deep cleaning at any time of service with a little advanced notice. Make sure to tell us if you have any special requests. Another option we like to give clients who plan to use our services regularly, is to waive the first time cleaning fee, and just spend a little additional time for the first few cleanings instead of spending twice as long doing a deep cleaning on the first cleaning. This option can be requested during an estimate. CLEAN FREAKS estimates only take between 10-20 minutes depending on your interest, and questions. We don't try to pressure you into using our service by putting you through some lengthy presentation. House cleaning is still a pretty basic service and we aim to impress you with our work rather than our "facts". We know your time is valuable, as is ours!
