I have so much to say regarding the Feds announcement today.

First of all, I'm your favorite lender. Second of all is that I will provide you with the answers you need to help you make the best decision on whether to refinance your home right now or when it makes the most sense. There is so much criteria that goes into determining what your rate would be and I'm here to help you and answer questions. Yes, we see the rates decreasing but this isn't an overnight huge drop. They are floating in a downward motion but NOT dropping as many think and are lead to think. If you have questions or are you're on the fence PLEASE contact me and I would be happy to help you understand this. The good news is they are moving in the right direction but it will be a stroll NOT a sprint.

From our foster home to her furever home.....Bittersweet day today as our foster Kylie heads to her furever home. Just like all the TNT rescues, she deserves the best life and we found it for her! We know this sweet loving girl will be treated like a baby & a princess as she's now with the perfect family made just for her.

We can't lie, we have shed tears and knew if it didn't work out, we would have kept her...
