Before working with them, we honestly didn’t know that we could get approved for a loan! Especially with my husband being a contract worker and needing over 30 employment verifications!
From start to finish, Mrs. Lori Park and Renee Pomonis were absolutely amazing. They guided us through every step of the process with patience and genuine care. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed. They even worked after hours to make sure everything was done right and on time.

They also recommended us to our incredible real estate agent, Karisa Tinsley, who was a key piece to this process. Karisa was supportive and helped everything come together.

On closing day, Ms. Loreal Park was there to make sure everything went smoothly. It truly feels like a family affair at Guild, and we appreciate everyone who made our dream of owning our home a reality!
