👻 Things that haunt your loan officer… Mortgage Edition! 🎃🏡

Forget ghosts and goblins… these are the REAL things that keep lenders up at night! 😂💀

From opening new credit cards to making big purchases before closing, one little decision can turn your dream home into a mortgage nightmare! 😱

✨ My advice? Before making any major financial moves while buying a home, CALL YOUR LENDER FIRST!

I promise, I’d much rather answer your questions than deal with a last-minute scare! 👻🔑

✨ A little about ME 🏡💛

I’m Lore’al! I’m 33, a proud boy mom of TWO, & a Mortgage Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage! 🩷

When I’m not helping families make their homeownership dreams a reality, you can usually find me:
-cheering from the sidelines of a football field 🏈
-at the ballpark ⚾️
-spending time with my family
-enjoying a little time on the water catching crabs or in the woods during deer season 🦀😄
OR
-pulling weeds in my flower bed 😅

I absolutely LOVE what I do, especially getting to help first-time homebuyers experience the excitement of purchasing their very first home! 🔑

I’m a lender who truly cares, and someone who believes that buying a home should be exciting, not intimidating!

If you or someone you know is looking to purchase a home, please keep me in mind. I would love to help!
