So... you work your butt off getting a homebuyer. You send them over to your Loan Officer to get them funded... but when that client engages with that Loan Officer... are they an extension of the brand that you've worked so hard to create? Getting a loan funded is obviously important... but making sure your client has an exceptional experience with the lender can be just as important.
