He made sure we truly understood everything so we could make informed, confident decisions. It genuinely felt like Alejandro was a partner in the process, not just our lender. Not only did he answer every little question I had, he was very available at all hours of the day to jump on the phone to walk me through questions, thoughts and concerns. Jamie was also so lovely to work with. There were many times I needed to provide additional details and she was also very helpful and quick to assist. This was my first time purchasing a home and for how stressful it all could have been, Alejandro and his team made it WAY less stressful.
