Is your Medicare Advantage Plan being discontinued in 2027?

You aren’t alone, and you have options.

Medicare Advantage Plans can be discontinued for a number of reasons. An insurance company can change which plans it offers, modify service areas, consolidate plans, or choose not to renew a particular Medicare contract.

Is your Medicare Advantage Plan changing in 2027?

Your Annual Notice of Change, or ANOC, will tell you if your premiums, network, drug coverage, or benefits are changing next year. While you don’t automatically need to switch plans if something is changing, you should always review your plan to understand how your coverage will look starting in January.
