Yesterday, I received a phone call from a client that no one hopes to get...
Client: "Hey Kaiya, do you have a second?"
Me: "Yes, of course. How can I assist you?"
Client: "I want to start by thanking you for securing the best coverage and getting it started when you did. The doctors are conducting extensive tests, and it seems it may not be pneumonia... They're considering cancer."
Me: "Oh my gosh, you're in my prayers. Please let me know how I can support you through this. I'm glad you have the coverage you need to focus on getting better."
Client: "I can't thank you enough. Seeing firsthand how this coverage works, I'm not as worried. I'm receiving top-notch care, all thanks to you."
This reaffirms why I do what I do! This client's situation would be drastically different without the coverage we set up in February.
