Your credit score costs more than a dui conviction in car insurance. 70% of your price with the big guys is already pre determined by your credit score. Why? Well because they want a higher lifetime value customer - someone who they can sell homeowners insurance or life insurance to. The home and auto bundle meanwhile makes renters insurance 15% more expensive.
