Meet Onica! 🤩

For Onica, volunteering is about helping others, building connections and making a difference in our community. Here’s what she shared about her experience volunteering with MAX.

➡️What motivated you to get involved in MAX volunteer opportunities?

Volunteering is very rewarding, not only for the people receiving help but also for those giving their time. I wanted to get involved because I enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in the community.

➡️What impact do you believe MAX volunteer efforts have on the communities we serve?

I believe MAX volunteer efforts make a positive impact by providing support where it is needed and showing people that they are cared for. Whether the contribution is big or small, it can make a difference in someone’s life and help strengthen the community.

➡️What would you say to encourage fellow team members to participate in future MAX volunteer events?

I would encourage them to give it a try. You do not have to do something big to make a difference. Sometimes, simply showing up and giving your time can mean so much to someone else. Volunteering is also a great way to connect with coworkers and leave feeling good about what you have accomplished together.

Thank you, Onica, for your dedication to making a difference in the communities we serve! ❤️
