This a great example of how we can work with you even if you don’t qualify right off the bat!

This was a first time homebuyer that reached out about a year ago and asked me what needed to be done to be able to purchase his family’s first home….

We had about a 30 minute chat last spring and I told him exactly what he needed to do…..

This client followed every tip and suggestion I made to him down to the letter and a little under a year later we met at the closing table today and he now has the keys to his family’s first home!
