Michael Shepherd, HOA President at Peyton Place, will be discussing provisions of the law that help investors and HOA members resolve disputes and reach solutions when disagreements arise. He will also cover upcoming acquisition opportunities at Peyton Place.

Learn how to buy, sell and control real estate while working in collaboration with other investors.

The June and September meetings will be hybrid meetings held at the GaREIA office. All other meetings will be held at Halidom Eatery. A hands-on, collaborative discussion on how to buy, sell, and control real estate. This in-person event is held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10am. Each month, we dive into a new topic focused on creative finance, control structures, and other innovative strategies. This interactive session is led by a moderator to encourage open discussion and knowledge sharing, ensuring you walk away with practical insights. Our subgroup leader, Ari Newman, will guide these in-person meetings and help you connect better with the community.

Topic:
The format will be an open Q&A forum on creative deal structuring. We will review examples of a few deal structures and leave the rest of the time open for the exchange of ideas related to deals that you're working on. We hope to see you there!
