We used Gryffin for multiple songs in our wedding. With multiple being “Our Song” together. If you’ve never seen him, he puts on the BEST Red Rocks show ever. Well mimixco sent him our wedding video showing us using his music and he sent this back! How cool! Thank you so much mimixco and Gryffin so making our big day that much more special!

Some amazing stories this month, but none better than my client who ended up not having to use down payment assistance because we were able to secure a $6,675 grant towards her down payment! FREE MONEY! Adam’s county has a few left allowing people who live in Adams county and are purchasing as a first time homebuyer IN Adams County. She got her first home on her own, and only had to bring $3,375 to the table ALL IN! This is why I do what I do! The market is amazing for qualified buyers right now, and concessions help mitigate the costs of the purchase. That coupled with new programs, this is a great time to buy!
